Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds

We believe in being completely upfront about money. Our refund policy is milestone-based — the further a project has progressed, the more time and effort has been invested. This is fair to both sides.

We will never ghost you, argue over refunds, or make this difficult. If something goes wrong, talk to us directly on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

Milestone-based refund schedule

Cancelled before work begins

You cancel within 48 hours of paying the advance, before any design or development has started.

Refund: 100% of advance

Cancelled during scoping / planning

Work has started (calls, research, planning) but no design or code has been produced.

Refund: 75% of advance

Cancelled after design phase begins

Design mockups or wireframes have been shared with you for review.

Refund: 50% of advance

Cancelled during development

Coding / development has begun. Partial work has been completed.

Refund: 25% of advance

Cancelled after delivery

Final deliverables have been handed over (files, credentials, deployment).

Refund: 0% — no refund

Exceptions

We missed our deadline: If Digital Nanban misses the agreed delivery date by more than 7 working days without a valid reason or prior notice, you are entitled to a 20% discount on the final payment, or a full refund of the advance if you choose to cancel.
Quality issue: If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope and we are unable to fix it within a second round of revisions, you may request a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice, we will refund the duplicate payment in full within 3 working days.

SEO services

SEO is an ongoing service billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 15 days' notice. The current month's payment is non-refundable as work for that period will already be in progress or completed. No lock-in periods — ever.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93843 92520 or email digitalnanban@outlook.com with your project name and reason. We will review and respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Governing terms

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By commissioning a project, you agree to both documents.
