• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry.
• WhatsApp conversations — messages you send us via WhatsApp are handled through Meta's platform and subject to their privacy policy.
• Usage data — through Google Analytics, we collect anonymised data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, device type). No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics.

How we use your data

• To respond to your project enquiry or question
• To send you a quote or project proposal if you request one
• To improve the website experience (analytics only)

We do not use your data for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose beyond the above. We will never send unsolicited marketing emails.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We use the following services that may process data on our behalf:

• Meta (WhatsApp) — for client communication via WhatsApp Business. WhatsApp Privacy Policy
• Google Gemini API — used to power the Nanban AI chat assistant. Messages sent to the AI chat are processed by Google. We do not store AI chat conversations.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data (name, email, phone, message) for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, then delete it. If a project is completed, we may retain project-related communication for up to 3 years for record-keeping.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies
